Change or cancel a flight

Your ticket is with the airline. Go to their website, choose "Manage booking" and sign in with your booking reference and last name. What you can change, and what it costs, depends on the fare you bought.

If the airline sends you to the company you booked with, write to us below and we'll handle it with our booking partner, Duffel.

Payment, missing confirmation or anything else

Email us and we'll sort it out. If you write from this page, the references are already in the email.
